Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor to star in a film?

New Delhi: Bollywood's Khiladi Akshay Kumar has had a wonderful 2016 in terms of back-to-back hits and cent percent box office success. From 'Airlift' to 'Rustom', the action star had a great innings this year as far as the success ratio is concerned.

The superstar has worked with many youngsters on-screen. It seems soon we shall see Akki and Sonam Kapoor in a film together. Excited? Well, according to BollywoodLife.com, there is a strong buzz that filmmaker R Balki might star the two together in his next.

BollywoodLife.com originally attributed the report to Mumbai Mirror. The report mentions that 'Neerja' actress had a meeting with the 'Ki & Ka' director and post a long narration, Sonam has joined forces and agreed to be a part of the venture.

Interestingly, like his previous films, megastar Amitabh Bachchan will be a part of this movie as well. However, no official word has been made either by the filmmaker or by the actors as yet.
