New Delhi: The Box Office is a number battle giving out a clear-cut indication of what the audience is liking currently. So, seems like desi comedy dramas and relatable characters in films with a strong storyline is the flavour of the season.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's directorial 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' starring Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles has benefitted hugely by positive word of mouth publicity.

The fans have given out their verdict and the film is a hit. Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the current Box Office report of the film.

'Bareilly Ki Barfi' was released on August 18, 2017 and is still raking in moolah at the box office window. The quirky, masala desi flavour of 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' has found a greater audience who have showered their love on this flick.

Rajkummar Rao got immense appreciation for portraying Babua's character with much conviction and so much so that megasatr Amitabh Bachchan even sent him an hand-written note of appreciation.
