Irrfan Khan opts out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gustakhiyan’?

Mumbai: Not too long ago, reports suggested that Irrfan Khan has been roped in to essay the character of Sahir Ludhianvi in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gustakhiyan’ that would feature Priyanka Chopra as Amrita Pritam.

But if the latest buzz is anything to go by, then the method actor has opted out of the film.

According to a report in DNA, Irrfan has decided not to do the film owing to date issues! Also, Priyanka, who has started shooting for her second Hollywood film – ‘A Kid Like Jake’ – hasn’t yet given her dates to the makers of ‘Gustakhiyan’.

So, rumour has it that Abhishek Bachchan is now being considered to essay Ludhianvi in the film.
