New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha, Sidharth Malhotra and Akshaye Khanna starrer Ittefaq hit the theaters on November 3, 2017.
The movie is a murder-thriller which was much-anticipated by the audience owing to its gripping plot. It was also a much-awaited release as it saw Akshaye Khanna's comeback to the silver screen as a cop.
Khanna, last played a cop in Sridevi starrer Mom and earned quite a lot of appreciation for his role.
The opening collections of the film are out and the numbers are expected to go higher during the weekend. Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the opening collections of the film and the film has collected Rs. 4.05 Crore on day 1!

Ittefaq tells the story of a cop who is trying to investigate a murder. He comes across two versions of the story and has to decide which is the true verison. The movie marks the debut of Abhay Chopra as a filmmaker and is co- produced by Red Chillies and Dharma productions.
