Judwaa 2 Day 1 collections: Varun Dhawan starrer turns 4th highest grosser of 2017

New Delhi: Filmmaker David Dhawan's much-awaited Judwaa 2 released on September 29, 2017, and has set the Box Office on fire. Starring beta Varun Dhawan in a double role, this film also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu in the lead.

Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the Day 1 collections.

Varun's film is now the fourth highest grosser of the year. Judwaa 2 happens to be a sequel to 1997 blockbuster starring Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and South actress Rambha in pivotal roles. Interestingly, both the films are helmed by David Dhawan.

Although the critics gave it a mixed response, looks like Varun fans have already given a thumbs up to the flick. The business during Dussehra weekend will boost the figures and remains crucial.
