Well, the writer of this film and popular dark comedy Delhi Belly happens to be the same—Akshat Verma, so you might have experienced a Déjà Vu there. But that's about it. Both are different and fall into separate categories in terms of screenplay.
The film stars Saif in the lead role while Akshay Oberoi, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Deepak Dobriyal, Vijay Raaz, Sobhita Dhulipala and Isha Talwar play pivotal parts.
Besides Saif's gritty role, Deepak Dobriyal and Vijay Raaz's act will make you excited to watch the film. The thrilling dark comedy released on January 12, 2018, clashing with Anurag Kashyap's Mukkabaaz and Vikram Bhatt's 1921.
Both Mukkabaaz and Kaalakaandi have got a lukewarm response from the audience whereas Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Tiger Zinda Hai which hit the screens on December 21, 2018, is still going strong.
