New Delhi: Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period drama Padmavati is creating a lot of buzz ahead of its December 1, 2017, release. After unveiling the first look posters of two lead characters Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor, the makers now presented Ranveer Singh's fierce avatar online.

Ranveer plays Sultan Alauddin Khilji in Padmavati and undoubtedly his first look poster looks intriguing. However, Twitter couldn't keep calm post Khilji was introduced and several funny memes found its way to the internet.
