In the poster we can see Salman wearing an intense expression and holding a weapon in his hand.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel to 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger directed by Kabir Khan. The actioner which was shot in Morocco and Abu Dhabi also stars his former ladylove Katrina Kaif (who essays Zoya, a Pakistani Intelligence officer).

A Yash Raj Films’ production, Tiger Zinda Hai will release on December 22. The Dabangg Superstar, who has ruled the Box Office by churning commercially successful films one after the other since 2009 – Wanted, Dabangg (2010), Bodyguard (2011), Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Kick (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), Sultan (2016) - didn’t have great time at the Box Office on Eid this year.

His previous venture – Tubelight (based on the Indo-Sino war of 1962) – his home production proved to be a dud at the Box Office. And hence it will be interesting to see how well Tiger Zinda Hai performs at the Box Office. Post TZH, Salman has Race 3 and a film with Remo D’Souza.

The Bollywood heavyweight is presently hosting the eleventh season of popular reality show Bigg Boss. Salman has been associated with the programme since the fourth season and has now become the face of the show.
