Mumbai: Rani Mukerji is all set to make a splash on the silverscreen with her home production – Hichki – a film which is slated to release on 23rd March, 2018.
Rani has been promoting her film on various reality shows on television and has been attending a number of events ahead of its release.
The brilliant actress, who has worked with superstar Shah Rukh Khan in a number of films, interviewed him to know what his hichki was and how he overcame it to emerge stronger.
In a video posted by Yash Raj Films, we can see Shah Rukh talking about his Hichki and how he dealt with it.
The Badshah of Bollywood says that his parents’ passing away proved to be the biggest Hichki in his life.

Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra and produced by Maneesh Sharma Hichki is fans of Rani are eagerly looking forward to watch as it marks her return to the silverscreen after almost a hiatus of 3 and a half years.
Hichki traces the journey of a teacher who suffers from Turrets syndrome. Students make fun of the side-effects of her disease and schools do not agree to hire her.
Finally, she gets admitted to one of the schools but has to deal with a set of municipal students who no one wants to teach.
The film celebrates self-belief, the resilience of human spirit and hope. The film is about turning disadvantages into opportunities and staring down at challenges and ultimately winning over them.
Wife of filmmaker-producer and Yash Raj scion Aditya Chopra, Rani was last seen as a tough police officer in ‘Mardaani’ in 2014.
