New Delhi: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Raees which hit the screens last year was a successful venture. Fans and critics appreciated SRK's gangster avatar and the film earned a lot of moolah at the Box Office.

The film saw Pakistani beauty Mahira Khan in the lead role making her big screen debut opposite SRK. Raees was directed by renowned filmmaker Rahul Dholakia. It was produced by Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment.


Recently, it was reported that Raees happens to be the most pirated venture of 2017 and even though the matter is of prime concern for the makers, we saw producer Ritesh hinting at a sequel already.

Bollywood is marred by piracy as some films find a way to the internet much ahead of its release and it affects the business of the venture severely.


But we sure like the way Ritesh saw a promising prospect of coming up with a sequel.
