New Delhi: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's extended cameo in Gauri Shinde's 'Dear Zindagi' has been appreciated by one and all. People loved to watch him give some awesome slice-of-life advice to the carefree and fun-spirited Alia Bhatt in the film.
SRK has his platter full with films coming up with a variety of subjects. So, if Imtiaz Ali's next has Anushka Sharma with him then Aanand L Rai's project will see him in a never-seen-before avatar of a dwarf reportedly.
However, choreographer-turned-filmmaker Farah Khan, who also happens to be a close friend of the 51-year-old star might return with a sequel to 2004 superhit flick 'Main Hoon Na'. Yes! According to BollywoodLife.com, on Zarine Khan's show 'Spices and Secrets' that she has started writing the script of 'Main Hoon Na 2'.
Interestingly, Farah had earlier mentioned that she might be started off a two-heroine project soon. However, looks like that film been put on hold for now and the choreographer-turned-director has meanwhile started off with writing this part two of the 2004 blockbuster starring Shah Rukh Khan.
The report also quotes a source as saying, “Farah’s currently sitting with her scriptwriters on another story which will star Shah Rukh. All their films together have been blockbuster hits and Farah is known to do big budget, larger-than-life extravaganzas. The small budget movie with two actresses was taking time as Alia is busy with her films and Farah couldn’t start hers. It was to begin this year, but has already got delayed. The one with SRK will be a typical Farah Khan film with lavish songs and grand locales. It’s a romcom, which is their forte. People are assuming it’s a sequel to Main Hoon Naa, but it’s a different story.”
No confirmation has been made regarding this either by the filmmaker or by the actor. Now, whether it is a sequel or a fresh story—we just want to see the SRK-Farah magic on-screen.
