Forget profit, this Sidharth Malhotra-Manoj Bajpayee starrer has even failed to collect its cost. The film, which was released on February 16, has so far not been able to even reach the Rs 20 crore-mark.

In addition, the performance of the film in the overseas markets isn't great either. Abroad, the film has earned Rs 7.77 crore

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh on Friday shared the collection of the film on his Twitter handle. "#Aiyaary is DULL... Fri 3.36 cr, Sat 4.05 cr, Sun 4.35 cr, Mon 1.43 cr, Tue 1.10 cr, Wed 97 lakh, Thu 88 lakhs. Total: ₹ 16.14 cr. India biz. #Aiyaary - OVERSEAS - Total till 22 Feb 2018: $ 1.2 million [₹ 7.77 cr]," he tweeted today.

The film is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 60 crore all inclusive of prints and advertising cost.

'Aiyaary' is now pitted against Hollywood release 'Black Panther'. The Marvel superhero film has done a decent business of close to Rs 35 crore net in its first weekend but even this film has not really done a commendable job considering the very good start it received in the initial days.

Meanwhile, with fresh releases like 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' and 'Welcome To New York', it has become more difficult for 'Aiyaary' to perform any better at the ticket counter.

It is to be noted that Neeraj Pandey has previously delivered hits like 'M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story', 'Baby', 'Special 26' and 'A Wednesday'. Looking at the Box Office performance of the film, it may become the lowest earning film of Neeraj's career so far.
