New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan's latest Eid release 'Tubelight' might have entered the much talked about Rs 100 crore club in six days but the film opened to mixed reviews. Critics and fans gave a lukewarm response to this Kabir Khan directorial despite an impressive star cast.
Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the entire first week's box office collections of 'Tubelight' on Twitter.
He wrote:

However, despite a mixed response, 'Tubelight' has become Salman's 11th consecutive hit to enter the Rs 100 crore club. His previous ventures namely: Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Kick, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg 2, Dabangg, Bodyguard, Ready and Jai Ho easily entered the Rs 100 crore club.
'Tubelight' is directed by Kabir Khan and had Chinese actress Zhu Zhu making her big screen debut. Salman and Sohail Khan's brotherly bond has been much appreciated. Little boy Matin Rey Tangu's act and Salman's innocent play too got a thumbs up from viewers.
