Zee Studios’ films Mom & Secret Superstar win big at IIFA Awards 2018

Zee Studios’ films bagged multiple awards at the IIFA Awards 2018 for its successful films, Secret Superstar and Mom. The critically-acclaimed crime thriller, Mom, won two awards—late actress Sridevi won Best Actress and Nawazuddin Siddiqui won Best Performance in a Supporting Role (male). Secret Superstar bagged two more awards—Meher Vij won Best Actor in a Supporting Role (female) and Meghna Mishra took home Best Playback Singer (female) for the song Main Kaun Hoon at the 19th IIFA Awards held in Bangkok on Sunday.

Zee Studios’ films have been showered with appreciation galore at global film festivals including Bosphorus International Film Festival, 36th Fajr International Film Festival for Beyond the Clouds, and multiple awards in India starting with two National awards for Mom, and the latest recognition for Mom and Secret Superstar at the IIFA Awards. The studio has an array of films across genres lined up this year including Janhvi and Ishaan’s Dhadak, JP Dutta’s Paltan, Kangna Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.
