For 2017, the Ninja H2 receives upgrades in the form of Kawasaki’s most advanced electronics package that includes the IMU, updated KTRC and KIBS, a revised exhaust system for Euro 4 emission requirements, quickshifter that now allows for clutchless downshifts, high-grade Öhlins TTX rear damper, updated instrumentation that displays bank angle, max bank angle, an updated boost indicator and an IMU indicator.
The H2 also gets tailored ergonomics via Kawasaki Genuine Accessories that allow riders to customize their riding position with an ERGO-FIT raised handlebar kit.
The H2 model gets a limited edition variant - the Ninja H2 Carbon, which features a carbon-fibre fairing. A new variation of Kawasaki’s silver-mirror paint has been used that has a matte finish. This new paint is identical to the one used on the Ninja H2R.
The green frame color is also the same as used on the Ninja H2R. The carbon variant will be limited to just 120 units with each Ninja H2 Carbon model individually numbered which is stamped into the supercharger plate on the right side of the engine.
All these bikes share many components, including the 998cc inline 4-cylinder supercharged engine, trellis frame, aerodynamic bodywork, single-sided swingarm, Brembo brakes. The ex-showroom Delhi prices of all three bikes are as follows-
Kawasaki Ninja H2 (standard) – Rs. 3,330,000
Kawasaki Ninja H2 Carbon – Rs. 3,980,000
Kawasaki Ninja H2R – Rs. 6,980,000
