New Delhi: Bajaj Auto on Friday launched a new variant of its entry-level motorcycle CT100 priced at Rs 30,990 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new variant, CT100B, delivers a fuel economy of 99.1 kmpl and comes with a two-year warranty, the company said in a statement. "With CT100B, customers can enjoy the pleasure of owning a new bike rather than compromise by searching for a second hand bike," Bajaj Auto Ltd, President Motorcycles Business Eric Vas said.
The CT100B retains the engine of the CT100 but with improvements. It comes with a large round headlamp, thick comfortable seat and a large powder-coated rear grab. Earlier this week, Bajaj Auto unveiled a 150 cc bike 'V', which contains metal from India's first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.
The commuter segment bike is expected to be priced between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
