London: Madonna has revealed that she led mass singalongs to keep up the spirits of her co-workers when rain stopped work on the set of her new film ‘W.E.’
The 53-year-old singer, who directed the Wallis Simpson biopic, said that it was the “way to pass time”.
“We did have singalongs on set as a way to pass the time,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying.
“When it’s pouring down with rain and you’re shooting outside and you’re stuck in some grey, dirty shack waiting for the sun to come out what can you do but make up a song – ‘We’re making a movie, isn’t it groovy, welcome to my house…’ that was one of them,” she added.
