Post exams, Thulasi Nair resumes shooting

Chennai: Tamil actress Thulasi Nair, who was busy with her class 10 examinations, has returned to the sets of her upcoming Tamil action-drama ‘Yaan’.

"The third schedule of `Yaan` in Mumbai kicks off today. (I`m) so excited to finally start shooting songs soon! (I) Will keep you all updated," Thulasi posted on her Twitter page. She also recently posted: "Finally, 21st is here! Today, my 10th board comes to an end. Phew". Thulasi took a month-long break from the shooting to complete her exams. She is paired opposite Jiiva in the film, which is being helmed by cinematographer-turned-director Ravi K. Chandran. The 15-year old made her debut in Mani Ratnam`s Tamil romantic-drama ‘Kadal’, which failed to give her the box-office limelight. However, even before the release of her debut film, Thulasi had begun working on ‘Yaan’. IANS
