Are you ready for a prequel to Akshay Kumar's ‘Rowdy Rathore’?

Mumbai: It’s certainly a season where filmmakers are keen to produce franchises of their super-hit films. And the latest to join the bandwagon is producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The ace filmmaker, who has earlier produced love sagas, is raring to make a prequel to his latest action flick ‘Rowdy Rathore’. Starring action specialist Akshay Kumar and directed by Prabhu Deva, ‘Rowdy Rathore’ has joined the Rs 100 crore club. The film happens to be Akshay’s first biggest ever solo opener since his debut. Talking to DNA, a source said, “The party is being held this Friday and the prequel will most probably be announced there.” Hmm…so how rowdy will Akshay be in the prequel to the super-hit film. We will have to wait and watch.
