London: English rock band Coldplay are getting raunchy in their new video and they have hired a host of topless women to star in the promo.
The band is set to stun fans with the warehouse party-themed video for upcoming single Charlie Brown, which was filmed in London over the course of three days, reported
The Sun.
Extras were paid USD 160 for the job, and record label bosses offered up an extra USD 160 to any women willing to strip off for the cameras.
The casting advertisement for the shoot also asked for "edgy types aged from 18 to 35".
"There was a huge response. Of course there would be, it`s Coldplay. The venue it took place in was a little chilly but, on the whole, everyone was well looked after. It was a long one though, starting from 9am to just before midnight over three days," a source said.
"The video is going to look brilliant once it`s finished," it added.
