Reese Witherspoon to star in `Men Are From Mars...` movie

London: Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon will star in book adaptation of `Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus`, directed by big screen newcomer Bryan Buckley.The ‘Water for Elephants’ star has signed up for the adaptation of John Gray`s best-selling self-help book for women, reported Contactmusic.

Scriptwriters Harry Elfont and Deborah Kaplan are responsible for creating a storyline loosely based on the iconic text, which was released in 1992 and offers advice about how to understand the differences between the sexes and improve your relationship. Witherspoon, 36, will next appear in ‘Mud’ and has upcoming films ‘Devil`s Knot’, ‘Wish List’ and ‘Big Eye’ lined up for 2013. PTI
