Gionee M6, M6 Plus smartphones with marathon battery launching today

The Gionee M6 and M6 Plus will offer encrypted chips that will protect customer privacy like data, pictures, documents etc.

New Delhi/Beijing: Chinese smartphone company Gionee is all set to launch two smartphones – Gionee M6 and M6 Plus in Beijing on Tuesday.

The company via its official twitter account tweeted:

The USP of the smartphone is the 6020mAh marathon battery.

Meanwhile leaked reports of the smartphones have already come to surface stating that the phones are expected to offer encrypted chips that will protect customer privacy like data, pictures, documents etc.

Though there is no word on the launch of the smartphone in other parts of the world, we expect that Gionee will bring the smartphone soon to India.
