Gionee S6 Pro launched; comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and fingerprint sensor

New Delhi: Gionee on Monday launched another smartphone in its 'S Series' – the S6 Pro in China, a full metal-body devices that comes with a fingerprint sensor too.

The Gionee S6 Pro comes with a 2.5D 5.5-inch IPS display with Full HD (1920x1080 pixels) resolution and is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor.

It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) wit Amigo OS 3.2 on top.

Coming to the camera, the Gionee S6 Pro is packed with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that can focus in just 0.1 seconds and a 8MP front-facing camera.

As for memory, it comes with 4GB RAM and a 64GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

The device is backed by a 3,130mAh non-removable battery which the company claims to give 38.6 hours of talk time and lasts upto 558 hours on standby.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

The device will be available in Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold color options.
