New Delhi: India's cheapest smartphone Freedom 251 has had its fare share of good and bad news ever since it was launched and then came up for pre-order in the market.
With the industry questioning the company's business model and some getting disappointed for not being able to book the phone, Freedom 251 still has good some news!
Freedom 251 smartphone manufacturing company Ringing Bells will now accept cash on delivery. This option was not available during its first phase of pre-orders.
The company, via its Facebook page has announced the new cash on delivery option.

Hailed as India's most affordable smartphone, Freedom 251 was launched at just Rs 251.
The 3G handset, Freedom 251, features a 4-inch display, Qualcomm 1.3-GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB RAM.
The Android Lollipop-based handset has an onboard storage of 8 GB with support for expandable memory of up to 32 GB. It features a 3.2-MP rear and a 0.3-MP front facing camera and a 1,450-mAh battery.
