India's cheapest smartphone Freedom 251: Know the time and venue of launch

New Delhi: Domestic handset maker Ringing Bells is all set to launch India’s most affordable smartphone ‘Freedom 251’ for mere Rs 251 on Wednesday.

The smartphone will be launched by Defence Minister Manohar Parrikkar. The launch event will also be attended by veteran BJP leader and MP Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi.

The event will kick of at 7 pm in Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri.

Bookings for the Freedom 251 will begin on February 18 at 6 am and close on 21 February at 8pm.

The company says deliveries will be completed by 30th June 2016.
