Ahmedabad, Sept 17: The crime branch today filed chargesheet against 21 Pota accused, including five `ISI' agents, for their alleged involvement in the `tiffin' bomb explosion in a municipal bus in the posh satellite area of the city last year. The 150-page chargesheet, filed in the special Pota court also named four persons as absconding, which includes Maulvi Mufti Sufiyan Patangia, a fugitive from ahmedabad and Karachi-based don Rasool Khan alias Rasool Parti, Sohail Khan and Yaseen Farouqi.

Two persons were injured when a `tiffin' bomb exploded in the municipal bus in the area on May 29 last year. The 21 accused have been booked under various sections of Explosive Substance Act, IPC and the anti-terror law.

The Pota accused also includes one Mohammed Hanif Sheikh alias Theliwala in whose bag-manufacturing unit located in sensitive Dariapur area the bombs were allegedly made.

It also includes Kalim Ahmed alias Mulla Kaleem, who is believed to be an `expert' in designing bombs and owned an electronic repair shop in Kalupur area.

The crime branch has now completed filing of chargesheets in all five cases of `tiffin' bomb explosions registered in Vejalpur, Kalupur, Sanand and Kagdapeeth, which left 12 injured on May 29 last year. All the 21 have been charged of "trying to incite terror in the minds of a large section of a particular community with the use of explosives and fire arms, to avenge post-Godhra communal riots".
