Xiaomi Mi Max 16GB, 2GB RAM variant launched
The 16GB variant of the Xiaomi Mi Max has been reportedly priced at CNY 1,199 which roughly converts to INR 12,100.

New Delhi: Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has silently launched a 16GB 2GB RAM variant of its Mi Max smartphone in China.
Earlier, the company launched the 32GB and 128GB storage variants in India pricing them at Rs 14,999 and Rs 19,999 respectively.
The 16GB variant of the Xiaomi Mi Max has been reportedly priced at CNY 1,199 which roughly converts to INR 12,100.
According to GizmoChina, the Mi Max 16GB variant is powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexa-core SoC paired with 2GB of RAM.
All the other specifications remain the same, the report said.
This means that the Xiaomi Mi Max 16GB variant also features a 6.44-inch full-HD (1080x1920) 342ppi display, a 16MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, LED flash and a 5MP selfie camera with 85-degree wide-angle view.
The device is also backed by a huge 4850mAh battery.
