Kapoor sisters against piracy

Karisma and Kareena Kapoor have urged their fans to join in the fight against film-piracy and asked them to watch movies in theatres.

Mumbai: Star siblings Karisma and Kareena Kapoor have urged their fans to join in the fight against film-piracy and asked them to watch movies in theatres.
"Actors work so hard, directors work so hard, producers and technicians work so hard in making a movie, so we would like to tell the audience out there to please go to the cinema and watch our movies," said Karisma at an event here. Kareena, who has two big releases lined up this year – ‘Agent Vinod’ with beau Saif Ali Khan and Madhur Bhandarkar`s ‘Heroine’, agreed. "It (Piracy) is a racket and it should stop. You should go and only watch in theatres to see all our films and all the stars` films," she said. Year 2012 is especially "special" for her elder Karisma as she is making her comeback to filmdom after a hiatus of six years with Vikram Bhatt`s ‘Dangerous Ishq’. "Well, I think it is going to be very special because I am doing a movie after a long time and it feels wonderful that two sisters are in the same profession and have been together throughout. So, it feels good," said Karisma, who featured in movies like ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, ‘Raja Hindustani’, ‘Biwi No.1’, ‘Fiza’ and ‘Zubeidaa’. IANS
