Nicole Scherzinger to sign UK `X Factor` for 500,000 pounds?

London: Singer Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly been offered 500,000 pounds to take over Kelly Rowland`s job on the `X Factor`.

Bosses will reportedly hand the Pussycat Doll singer a contract this week after she impressed as a stand-in judge at London auditions on May 30, reported a website. The decision to offer her the job came after head judge Gary backed her. "We are talking to Nicole about taking on the job full time. She is the only person in the frame. It`s now down to money and whether she can commit to the show, which takes up most of the rest of the year. She has given us positive signs. But no one is counting their chickens after what happened with Dannii Minogue," a source said. PTI
