London: Girls Aloud will be splitting for good once they have finished their last encore on the final gig next year, it has been revealed.
As part of their farewell, the girl band will also release a greatest hits album to mark their 10 years together.
Revealing more than she should have done in her book, Cheryl Cole unveiled the girls’ plans for their special reunion.
“We’ll be working on a tour and greatest hits album. Then I think that’s it for Girls Aloud,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.
“We’ve achieved more than any of us ever dared to dream of,” she said.
The 29-year-old singer also said that revealing the top secret information in her book ‘Cheryl Cole: My Story’ landed her in trouble with the band’s management.
“The book was supposed to come out after we said something, so to put it quite frankly I’ve dropped myself in the sh*t,” she said on ‘ALAN CARR: Chatty Man’.
