Mumbai: There were 800 odd guests on Wednesday dressed in their finest at Amitabh Bachchan’s grand 70th birthday bash. But little star stole the limelight from everyone present there-including birthday boy, Amitabh Bachchan. Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya finally made her first public appearance and guests couldn’t stop gushing over the little one. Dressed in cream dress and shoes , the pretty 11-month old looked like a princess as she went up on the stage with rest of her family members to cut the birthday cake. Host Karan Johar and rest of the Bachchan family fussed over the little one on the stage while Aaradhya looked a bit bewildered to see so many people around. Amitabh who turned 70 on Thursday ushered in his birthday with family and the film fraternity at a party hosted by friend Anil Ambani at Filmcity, Goregaon, Mumbai. The red carpet event saw actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit brushing shoulders with politicians like Praful Patel and Mulayam Singh Yadav who came with his son UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
