New Delhi: Tushar Kapoor and Kulraj Randhawa are apparently quite upbeat about their upcoming release ‘Char Din ki Chandni’. Both of them were recently spotted in Moradabad promoting their romantic-comedy flick. Kapoor’s father Jeetendra was also present for the event. Randhawa, who gave the hit ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ last year, is hopeful that her new film will make a mark too.
“We are very happy. You have given a very-very good response for my last film ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ and I am expecting a bigger response in ‘Char Din Ki Chandini’, which is releasing on March 08,” Randhawa said.
Meanwhile, Kapoor also expects the film to do good business, as it will be releasing on ‘Holi’.
“Public will ascertain the business of the film. For better business we are releasing the film on the occasion of Holi because more and more people go for a movie on holiday. And since it is a family cum comedy film then we would like the film to do more business,” Kapoor said
The film has been directed by ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ fame Samir Karnik, and Kapoor will be playing the role of a sikh. The film has reportedly already grabbed eyeballs with its remixed version of 1990’s chartbuster Chandni, which had Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles.
