The 43-year-old singer filed the papers on Monday, seeking dissolution of his marriage to Lopez, citing “irreconcilable differences”. According to the papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the Grammy award winner asked for joint legal and physical custody of the couple``s twins, Emme and Max – who are 4 years old, TMZ reported. Anthony wants both the parties to bear their legal costs separately and has even suggested that Lopez should not seek spousal support. The couple, who married in 2004, announced their separation last July, making it two failed marriages for him and three for her. ANI
