New Delhi: Love doesn’t need any language – this is the essence of the very first song ‘Sawaar Loon’ from the Sonakshi Sinha – Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Lootera’.
In the first official song from Vikramditya Motwane’s period film, the characters – Pakhi and Varun – look and behave very much their parts in simple yet stylish clothes from the 1950s.
The look on the faces of the protagonists is enough to speak volumes about the amount of love they have for each other and the way it has been portrayed is very new in today’s time, where we see brash proposals, link-ups and break ups.
The music is very soft, sweet and romantic that is sure to make its way to the top of the charts and stay there for a considerably long time.
Partly based on O’Henry’s ‘The Last Leaf’ – the movie has been shot in Dahousie and Kolkata and the music is by Amit Trivedi.
To lend a more old world theme to the film, the cast and crew launched the first look and trailer of the movie at Liberty Cinema in Mumbai, which was constructed in the late 1940s.
This song is sure to melt the hearts of all those in love and appeal to even those who fancy the idea of being in love.
