Mumbai: After playing all kind of roles in TV shows, actress Preet Mullani doesn`t know what to take up next.
"So far I have played different shades... so I want to do something different than what I have been doing for the last one year. I have played all sorts of shades be it positive or negative on TV," she said.
Seen in shows like ‘Bidaai’, ‘Kismat’ and ‘Jiya Jale’, the actress says in daily soaps, characters` traits constantly change.
"In a daily soap, the characters change according to the scripts. So I cannot say that I want to do a different kind of a character. I would rather do a different shade, where I can experiment as an actor," she said.
Currently seen in TV show ‘Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke’, she is "loving" her part.
More so because the character is "a lot like a common human being. I get to play so many shades. I am negative and positive. I don`t have to put much effort in it," she said.
Also active in regional films, Preet informed that she has done two Gujarati movies and one southern cinema.
"The most challenging part was the language for me. I am unknown to Gujarati and Telugu. For me, that was the toughest part," she said.
With "no Bollywood plan", her aim is to be more active in regional movies, if time permits.
"I don`t get time to go out right now. I did get a call for a Gujarati film, but I didn`t have the time (to take it up)," she said.
