Washington: Zach Braff has revealed that he “can’t imagine” doing anything with his life apart from making people laugh.
The ‘Last Kiss’ star believes it to be the “coolest” thing and does not think he would ever want to do anything else.
“In fifth grade, we had to write a story and read it in front of the class. When I read mine out, the class were just belly laughing. And I remember being like, ‘This is the coolest!’” Contactmusic quoted him as telling G2.
“So I want to dedicate my life to trying to make people laugh. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
The 36-year-old actor’s big break came in medical comedy ‘Scrubs’, and he admitted that it came at the right time as he was running low on funds in his bank.
“I had about 250 dollar in my bank account, I was waiting tables and I wasn’t getting too many call-backs for TV comedies.
“I honestly didn’t find them funny. And then here was ‘Scrubs’, and I just thought it was hilarious. But I had no idea it would get such a hardcore, loyal fanbase,” he said.
