New Delhi: Bollywood actors Arjun Rampal and Chitrangada Singh were spotted promoting their upcoming film ‘Inkaar’- based on the issue of sexual harassment at workplace- in Mumbai.
The 40-year-old model turned actor- talking about the issue that the film explores- asserted that that both men and women must observe certain boundaries in workplaces that do not end up in a situation of sexual harassment. Rampal also said that men definitely have to be a little more sensitive towards a woman, and there is a very thin dividing line, where a girl thinks that one is flirting and flirting is healthy. He said that flirting becomes unhealthy when a girl gets uncomfortable with somebody and he thinks a man needs to see those signs and a woman also needs to make sure that she does not pull him to a point of level where she is kind of teasing him and then drops him off. On the other hand, the 36-year-old actress said that careless flirting in workplaces has often resulted in sexual harassment cases out of misunderstandings. Singh also said that a lot of times a man suffers because sometimes women probably just take it to another level or stretch it too much. She said that she thinks sometimes it is healthy flirting and that is why one should take it and not overreact on it, and when one really starts to feel uncomfortable then one really need to tell the man that this is it, unless one can handle it in other ways. The movie is set to hit the screens across India on January 18. ANI
