WATCH: Impressive teaser of ‘Student Of The Year’

Mumbai: A 3 minutes 49 seconds teaser of Karan Johar’s much awaited ‘Student Of the Year’ has been released and going by the first rushes, it looks amazingly fresh with trade pundits predicting a triumphant fate of the film at the Box Office. With a new pool of talent, Karan Johar presents a new age school drama. Unlike Johar’s last two films namely ‘My Name Is Khan’ and ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’, which had a more serious note; ‘Student Of The Year’ looks more like a fun film with lots of songs and dancing, more on the lines of Johar’s hit film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. The film marks the debuts of Alia Bhatt, daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, son of director David Dhawan, newcomer Siddharth Malhotra and Boman Irani`s son Kayoze Irani. The film which will hit theatres on October 19 has been co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment along with Dharma Productions.
