Nagpur, Dec 03: BJP nominee Sagar Dattatraya Meghe today won Nagpur seat in state legislative council polls. He polled 221 votes, followed by independent candidate Vijay Dangre (115) and Avinash Pande of Congress (71), out of 407 valid votes. Bureau Report
