Los Angeles: British comedian Russell Brand is glad about doing community service soon, as this will give him a chance to help people in need.
Brand was ordered to do 20 hours of community service and pay $500 as court fees after he threw a photographer`s iPhone out of the window in March, reports a website.
"I don`t know what their format of community service is, but community service, that doesn`t seem like a punishment. That seems like a duty," he said.
"We are our community. Service is an honour. I`ll be happy to do it," he added.
However, the 37-year-old does not have a clue about what he will be made to do there.
"What will I be doing? I don`t know. Tidying up or something probably," he said.
