One such doubt is the mode of transaction. Many shoppers don't prefer online transaction via credit card or debit card.

To allay this apprehension among users, many e-commerce sites offer cash on delivery option. It gives you the freedom to first recieve the product that you have booked and then pay the amount.

Many users feel that this is the safest mode of transaction. However, the Hyderabad traffic police have released a video in which the delivery boy easily dupes the recipient of the order.
