Helen Mirren hopes for Perry-Brand reconciliation

Washington: Helen Mirren hopes that the estranged couple Katy Perry and Russell Brand will get back together in the future, as she admits that it can be ‘‘very hard’’ to keep high-profile marriages intact.

The Oscar-winning actress - who befriended the couple since she starred alongside Brand in ‘Arthur’ last year - admitted it is “very hard” to keep high-profile marriages afloat, and thinks the pair could reignite their romance later on in life, a website reported. “It’s very hard to keep things going. Maybe they’ll come back together again later on in life! They’re both very, very successful,” a magazine quoted her as saying. However, the pop star’s Christian pastor parents Mary and Keith Hudson are said to be keen for her to move on from the breakdown of her 14-month marriage with religious NFL star Tim Tebow. ANI
