Kourtney Kardashian almost named daughter Mila

Washington: Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick made a last-minute decision on their daughter``s name after she was born on July 8.

According to a source, the pair had originally planned on naming their baby girl Mila -- but switched to Penelope Scotland Disick. Despite the unexpected name swap, the birth was “relaxed and easy,” a family source said. “He was really supportive. He may be an ass at times, but he comes through for the big stuff,” Us magazine quoted the source as saying of Disick. The couple welcomed Penelope in front of her extended family and a home video camera, capturing the moment to air on their reality star ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians.’ According to sources, the middle name Scotland of the child was a creative way to honor the little girl’s father, Scott.
