Los Angeles: Singer Miley Cyrus who is dating actor Liam Hemsworth says a good partner is one who always listens.

"I think a good partner it is someone that is always there to listen and I think that is the thing that most people make mistakes on," showbizspy.com quoted Cyrus as saying.
