Dev Patel says he’s too young to get married

Melbourne: Dev Patel has reiterated his stance on marriage saying a wedding is not on the cards, as he is just 21.

The 21-year-old actor rose to fame with the Oscar winning ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ and is currently living with girlfriend Freida Pinto, 27, his co-star in the film. “I’m only 21, so I’m not going to rush into anything just yet. I think it’s way too early to tell,” the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying. He admitted that he and Pinto are still adjusting to the challenge of their often long-distance relationship. “She’s with me in LA at the moment so it’s been really convenient,” he said. “But when travel comes along and we’re both shooting projects in different parts of the world, different time zones come into play,” he added.
