London: Eva Longoria has transitioned from being a star in prime time TV hit series ‘Desperate Housewives’ to advertising potato crisps.
The 37-year-old actress hammed it up with celebrity chef Michael Symon as they fawned over a packed of Lays in New York.
But things are not as bad as they seem for Longoria, who has just finished an eight season run on the popular ABC show.
She still has a busy schedule and is co-starring in newly-released film ‘For Greater Glory’, which tells the tale of Mexico’s Cristero War of the late 1920s.
Things certainly seemed to go well on the set of the big budget advertisement. For the Texan beauty looked particularly pleasing in a flowing red dress, which showed off her slim pins.
However the actress had previously revealed that fatty snacks are not part of her diet regime.
She said that she loves “raw almonds, I soak them in water overnight. It makes them plump, and they pop in your mouth.”
