Robert Pattinson’s disguise attempts go futile

London: Robert Pattinson has admitted that his elaborate efforts to go out in disguise to avoid fanatical fans have proved ill fated.

The ‘Twilight’ star acknowledged that his fame has cost him a normal social life but adds that his Twilight co-star and rumoured girlfriend Kristen Stewart faces no such problems. “People just recognise me,” the Daily Express quoted him as telling Shortlist. “Kristen can go out and people don’t notice. She can hide in crowds. For some reason I can’t really do it. I probably give myself away by walking around in a hoodie and a hat and sunglasses, bent over and hiding my face. I probably look like a lunatic,” he said. However, the 26-year-old heartthrob admits that he doesn’t want his devoted fans to lose interest in him. “I’m clinging on to that for dear life,” he jokes. “That’s my career,” he added. ANI
