Los Angeles: Actor Russell Crowe says he has to climb mountains in order to reach on the sets of his forthcoming movie, `Noah`.
The 48-year-old is playing the lead character in the film based on biblical story of the great flood and is currently shooting in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Telling about his experience, Crowe wrote on Twitter,"I`m living on a vast plain of volcanic ash in the lee of a volcanic glacier. The commute to work is a hike up a mountain ... Wind tears the volcanic desert, ash and sand arcing in 40 foot waves across the plain, in the distance the sonambulent glacier leaks."
The movie also stars, Jennifer Connelly, Doughlas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson and Ray Winstone. The movie is slated to release March 28, 2014.
