Mumbai: Actor Riteish Deshmukh, who has a string of hit comedy films under his belt, is now planning to get serious with a thriller and a black comedy.
"My next two films are comedies but yes, after that I will be doing a couple of serious films. I have decided on two films - one is a thriller and the other is a black comedy," the 33-year-old said at an event here.
Some of Riteish`s hit comedies include `Masti`, `Kya Kool Hai Hum`, `Malamaal Weekly`, `Heyy Babyy`, `Dhamaal` and `Housefull`.
Asked if he is bored of the comedy genre, Riteish said: "I am not bored of comedies, I have done four comedy films. When did I say that I am bored of comedies?"
He was last seen in `Housefull 2`, and his forthcoming film `Kyaa Super Kool Hai Hum` is a sex comedy.
He admits the poster of the film, a sequel to the 2005 `Kya Kool Hai Hum`, is "naughty".
Also starring Tusshar Kapoor, the movie is slated to release Aug 2.
