I was just a jerk, says John Mayer

Washington: John Mayer, who is well known for putting his foot in his mouth as well as for his guitar prowess, has said that he understands the public perception.

The 35-year-old musician told Anthony Mason during an interview that he “was just a jerk.” He said that it is very liberating when people finally realize that it is impossible to make everyone like them, People magazine reported. “I wanted everybody to like me. I thought I was one shuck and jive away in every direction,” he added. ANI
